I am interested in architecture and interior design, and I think many elements in those fields can be translated into fashion: proportions, functionality, form, materiality, meticulous attention to details and constructions, among others.
To capture the aesthetic direction of this collection, I made a mood-board.
I was inspired by the idea of anonymity, as well as music, culture, and architecture.
I then conceived and sketched out three (3) looks.
I made nine pieces total, three pieces per look. Design is an iterative process, so each look changed throughout the process.

Since then, I have begun to learn the Katinka method’s approach to dress pattern making
